Sounds like a fun idea, Marvel would have to be the one to give you permission on something like that. Because they own the rights to the Marvel characters, a person would not be allowed to use their creations to make money, but they may give you permission to just compete in a school project. We suggest visiting Marvel's official site and reviewing their FAQ or contacting them directly for permission. You might have to register an account at marvel.com to communicate with them.
